About The Position

Overlake Medical Clinics is currently seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative for our Float Pool. This is a part-time position with 24 hours per week, typically scheduled Monday - Friday during an 8-hour day shift. The role requires travel to all OMC clinic locations and a variable work schedule. The primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distributing records through EPIC (the EMR system), and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for travel between clinic locations.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred
Must have vehicle to drive self to clinics
Must have a valid Drivers License
Excellent customer service and communication skills required
Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred
