OC Patient Services Representative, Float Pool 0.8 FTE Days
About The Position
Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is looking for full-time Patient Service Representatives for a full-time role in our Float Pool. This is an employed and benefited role where a person travels to all OMC clinics and locations. This includes travel to downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and our senior health center in Bellevue. This role is essential at welcoming our patients and helping the clinic run efficiently. The right person will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Part-time/32 hours per week Monday - Friday clinic hours 8 hour day shift.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
- Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities
