About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking Patient Services Representatives to join their float pool, supporting various locations as needed. The role requires a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and a desire to positively impact patients. Successful candidates will be able to multitask, work well in a team, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment. The ability to work with a diverse patient and colleague population, with or without reasonable accommodation, is essential. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer keyboarding skills
• Excellent attendance
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience
• Experience with Epic

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
• Collecting co-pays
• Obtaining and completing insurance information
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
