About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking Patient Services Representatives to join their float pool, supporting various locations as needed. The successful candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, a great attitude, and a desire to positively impact patients. The role requires the ability to multitask, work collaboratively in a team, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment. The ability to work with a diverse patient and colleague population, with or without reasonable accommodation, is an essential function. Vancouver Clinic is the largest multi-specialty clinic in Southwest Washington, a physician-owned group prioritizing excellent patient care. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills required
  • Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are required
  • The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
  • Collecting co-pays
