Patient Services Coordinator
About The Position
PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support the administrative and communication processes that help patients access care. The coordinator serves as a link between patients, providers, and insurers, helping ensure that the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive. The role includes insurance verification and benefits management, authorization processes, payment reconciliation, and maintaining relationships with patients and stakeholders. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED at minimum; submission of a diploma for the highest level of education obtained is required.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management.
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
- Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly.
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
