About The Position

The Patient Services Bilingual Specialist creates a kind, gracious, and caring environment for patients and families. The specialist answers telephone calls in a timely and professional manner, maintains quality while meeting minimum expectations, and schedules and cancels patient appointments accurately. The role includes entering correct patient data into appropriate systems and following scheduling guidelines to support manageable and profitable schedules for dentists and hygienists. The specialist demonstrates positive, caring relationships and communication with coworkers and effectively converses in Spanish while entering information into systems in English.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience using both English and Spanish in a professional and/or contact center capacity.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• One year of dental experience.
• Experience with Genesys.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Telephone experience.
