About The Position

The Patient Service Representative greets patients at Premier Radiology imaging centers and assists with appointment scheduling, procedure registration, medical-record maintenance, and related tasks. The role plays an important part in patient satisfaction and requires a service-oriented, considerate approach to patients’ conditions. This is a PRN, on-site position in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Experience with the Eclinical Works Practice Management System.
