About The Position

This role is responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome for every visitor, guiding them through the check-in/out process and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date. The position also involves proactively managing schedules, confirming appointments, and handling medical record requests to keep clinical teams and patients in sync. Additionally, the role assists patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, and helps them navigate co-payments and billing questions. The Patient Service Representative also maintains the office by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing clerical support.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
