This role is for a Patient Service Representative in clinics located in the Mt. Juliet, TN area. The position is part of the Float Staffing team and operates on a PRN (as needed) basis during the day. The primary focus is on championing the patient experience by providing a warm and professional welcome, guiding patients through check-in/out processes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The role also involves managing patient schedules, confirming appointments, handling medical record requests, assisting with insurance authorizations and precertifications, and addressing co-payments and billing questions. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing essential clerical support to maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
