About The Position

USA Clinics Group is hiring a bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator for its Northbrook, Illinois location. The coordinator connects patients with medical care by engaging with prospective and existing patients, addressing objections, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role involves high-volume inbound and outbound calls, patient education, follow-up, and accurate information entry. Comprehensive training is provided, and prior medical experience is not required.

Requirements

At least 1 year of call center experience in customer service, retention, or a similar role.
Prior experience in customer engagement or a retention-driven call center environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, data-entry, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and call center systems.
Ability to empathize with patients and confidently guide them toward a solution.
Ability to follow scripts and decision trees.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
