About The Position
The Patient Scheduler is an office-based, non-clinical position responsible for scheduling appointments and dispatching transportation to ensure Providence ElderPlace participants are transported to and from scheduled medical appointments. Requirements
- Driving may be necessary upon request. Caregivers must comply with applicable state driving laws and requirements and provide proof of a driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in English, business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent education or experience.
- Two years of experience dispatching transportation and/or scheduling medical appointments.
Responsibilities
- Schedule medical appointments for Providence ElderPlace participants.
- Dispatch transportation to ensure participants are transported to and from scheduled medical appointments.
