About The Position

Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ), a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne, provides imaging services throughout the South Denver area. Its services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-ray, and image-guided biopsies. ISJ’s mission is to improve community health by providing high-quality imaging and associated medical care.

The Patient Scheduler schedules radiology modality exams with patients by phone, helps ensure patients have a comfortable experience, screens patients to determine the appropriate exam type, and relays pertinent examination information. This is a full-time, 100% in-office position in Englewood, Colorado, reporting to the Manager, Patient Access. The position pays $22.00 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all radiology modality exams with patients by phone.
• Provide every patient with a comfortable experience.
• Thoroughly screen patients to determine the appropriate exam type.
• Relay pertinent examination information to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
