About The Position

Responsible for the accurate collection and entry of computer data related to the revenue cycle and for improving customer satisfaction. Maintains minimum productivity standards that meet performance and quality requirements while performing multiple jobs. Assists with training new employees and implementing new processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree in a health care field.
• Customer service skills.
• Computer skills.
• One year of experience as a Patient Rep I.
