About The Position
As a Patient Registration Specialist at ProMedica Urgent Care, you will obtain patient information, validate insurance, and receive and post payments. You will help patients with general benefit and financial responsibility questions, post payments to patient accounts as appropriate, maintain current knowledge of insurance requirements, and work with a high degree of attention to detail. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and speak English.
