Patient Registration Specialist – Urgent Care

About The Position
As a Patient Registration Specialist at ProMedica Urgent Care, you will obtain patient information, validate insurance, and receive and post payments. You will help patients with general benefit and financial responsibility questions, post payments to patient accounts as appropriate, and maintain current knowledge of insurance requirements and high attention to detail. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read and speak English.
