About The Position

Makovicka Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Patient Experience Representative to help create a welcoming, friendly, and encouraging clinic environment. The role combines active patient interaction with administrative responsibilities and is suited to someone who enjoys computer work as well as moving around and working with patients. Candidates must be available between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm and willing to travel among multiple locations in Omaha. The representative welcomes patients and helps them feel at ease, maintains accurate patient records, supports physical therapists in delivering patient care, and helps maintain clinic spaces and equipment. The role also includes assisting patients with exercises and mobility activities, documenting progress, and communicating effectively with the clinic team.

Requirements

Strong people and communication skills.
High proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs.
Ability to multitask and prioritize patient, clinician, and clinic needs.
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to deal tactfully with patients, family members, insurance representatives, and the general public.
Ability to perform a high degree of physical movement throughout the day.
Must be available between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Must be willing to travel to multiple locations in Omaha.

Nice To Haves

Experience with insurance, patient service, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
Previous front desk and insurance experience is preferred.
High school diploma is desired.
