About The Position

The Patient Experience Representative is a part-time clinic role combining active patient interaction with administrative duties. The position helps create a welcoming, friendly, and encouraging experience for patients while supporting the physical therapy team and maintaining clinic operations. Availability from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. is required. The role involves substantial physical movement throughout the day and requires tactful interaction with patients, family members, insurance representatives, and the general public.

Requirements

High school diploma desired.
Strong people and communication skills.
High proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs.
Ability to multitask and prioritize patient, clinician, and clinic needs.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy.
Enjoy moving and working with patients.
Ability to deal tactfully with patients, family members, insurance representatives, and the general public.
Ability to perform substantial physical movement throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

Experience with insurance, patient service, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
Previous front desk experience is preferred.
Previous insurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure patient records are accurate.
Assist physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care.
Manage and maintain the clinic's physical space and equipment.
