Patient Experience Representative

Jobologi•Malvern, PA

About The Position

Join a mission-driven team that helps shape exceptional patient experiences in a supportive, fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Patient Experience Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and families calling on behalf of hospital partners. The role helps ensure voices are heard, concerns are documented, and resolutions are initiated. It is suited to a compassionate, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping others navigate healthcare experiences and wants to grow a career in patient services. The position is part of the Jobologi Program, which supports associates making the transition from campus to their careers. Associates accepted into the program complete five experiences during a 6- or 12-month program: client work experience, team-building events, professional development workshops, industry shadowing, and health and wellness activities. Completing all five experiences qualifies associates for InternU’s Fingerprints program, which provides scholarships or student debt relief. Jobologi is provided at no cost, and associates are compensated for each experience attended and completed.
