About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager 1 for Portneuf Medical Center located in Pocatello, ID. Our Sodexo Health Care teams work to direct operations at health care client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction. Requirements

1 year of experience in Service Recovery role at large hospitality or hospital environment
1 year of management experience preferably in the healthcare sector
Ability to synthesize rounding data into actionable insights
Ability to work across departments and levels
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year experience in Service Recovery role at large hospitality or hospital environment

Responsibilities

Conduct daily rounds with patients and families, gathering detailed qualitative and quantitative data about their care experience.
Ensure individuals performing service‑related tasks demonstrate the competence required to protect the health and safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
Audit employees through rounding to ensure protocols, service standards, and patient satisfaction initiatives are consistently met.
Serve as a liaison between Support Services, Nursing, and other patient care leaders to align operational practices with patient experience goals.
