About The Position

Fullscript is an industry-leading health technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes. The Patient Experience team focuses on creating high-quality, thoughtful experiences for patients throughout their healthcare journey, managing key aspects of the mobile experience for browsing, purchasing, managing, and engaging with products and care plans. This role involves a blend of product, design, and engineering, emphasizing speed, usability, performance, and polish within a collaborative, user-focused team environment. The Engineering Manager will lead a small, cross-functional Product Engineering pod responsible for building patient-facing experiences using React Native. This hands-on role is suitable for individuals transitioning into management or experienced managers who enjoy staying connected to the code. The manager will partner with Product and Design, contribute to technical direction, and foster a culture of quality and iteration.

Requirements

• Experience building modern product experiences using React Native and/or fullstack web technologies
• Strong frontend engineering fundamentals and product instincts
• Previous experience building ecommerce and understanding mobile applications
• Experience working closely with design teams and design systems
• Interest in or early experience with people leadership and team development
• Comfort operating in a hands-on technical environment while growing management responsibilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small cross-functional Product Engineering pod focused on patient experience
• Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver polished, intuitive user experiences
• Contribute hands-on technical leadership across React Native and fullstack systems
• Guide technical decision-making while supporting the growth and development of engineers
• Participate in system design, implementation planning, and delivery execution
• Balance product iteration speed with long-term maintainability and quality
• Foster strong collaboration across engineering, product, and design disciplines
