Patient Engagement Coordinator (Spa Coordinator)

Nurse Practitioner On Call LLC•Baltimore, MD
•$19 - $22•Onsite

About The Position

NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics is hiring a Patient Engagement Coordinator, also referred to as a Spa Coordinator, for its medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a non-clinical, hospitality-focused role with a sales rhythm. The coordinator is often the first and last person clients meet and is responsible for creating a welcoming experience and helping clients schedule their next visit. Responsibilities include greeting clients by name, offering water, checking them in promptly, answering calls during business hours, returning missed calls the same day, and logging activity in Zenoti. After a client sees a clinician, the coordinator facilitates the handoff to the Client Advisor Specialist, who discusses treatment plans and pricing. The coordinator does not quote prices or present memberships. At checkout, the coordinator helps clients book their next appointment, asks satisfied clients for Google reviews, and, during quiet periods, contacts former clients to reconnect and book visits. Accurate client profiles, appointment notes, confirmations, and call logs in Zenoti are important to the work. The position is non-clinical and has no hiring, purchasing, or profit-and-loss authority.
