Patient Coordinator (Full Time)
About The Position

This role is for a Full-Time Patient Coordinator at the SF - Presidio Terrace Office, responsible for executing all front office duties and supporting patients, providers, and staff. Previous healthcare experience is a requirement for this position.
Requirements
- Healthcare Experience is required.
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
- Must be professional, reliable and dedicated employee.
- Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
- Prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads proficiently and efficiently.
- Create a positive phone call experience for each caller.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients and providers.
- Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate provider’s next steps.
- Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment.
- Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
