About The Position

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for patients and help create a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You will support the front desk with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. The role offers experience in registration and scheduling. Reliable transportation is a prerequisite.

This is a full-time flex position of 32 or more hours per week at an outpatient imaging center in Kernersville, North Carolina. The schedule is three 12-hour shifts per week: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) to be competitive.
• Reliable transportation is a prerequisite.
• Friendly, organized approach and excellent customer service in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance.
• Handle phone calls.
• Support other daily patient needs and front-desk activities.
