About The Position
The Patient Care Tech (PCT) assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, and helps maintain a safe and clean environment. The PCT works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or the LPN assigned to the patient. The position is designated safety sensitive. Flu vaccination is a condition of employment, except when an accommodation is approved. Requirements
- Ability to read and write, take verbal instruction, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days.
- Flu vaccination is a condition of employment, except with an approved accommodation.
