About The Position
Holy Cross Health is seeking full-time Patient Care Technicians (Certified Nursing Assistants) for 12-hour day or night shifts. This role involves assisting RNs with patient monitoring, admissions, discharges, transfers, and mobility. The PCT will also maintain a clean environment and provide hygiene care to patients. Requirements
- H.S. Graduate or a GED required
- Current Florida State CNA license required
- Ability to work full-time
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working as a PCT in an acute care, rehab or skill nursing facility is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assists in monitoring activities as directed and under the supervision of the RN
- Assists with patient admission, discharge or transfer
- Assists in patient's increased mobility
- Maintains a clean and organized environment
- Administers hygiene care to patients
