About The Position
Brookdale is seeking an LPN to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The role includes monitoring and documenting care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans, administering medications, and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes.
