About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Healthcare Team at SHC of Bluffton in Okatie, South Carolina. The LPN assesses residents’ needs, administers medications and treatments, and provides support to residents and their families. The position offers a competitive wage based on experience and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Sprenger Health Care operates senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina, including nursing homes, assisted living, and independent living communities.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted LPN license issued by a state nursing board.
Valid CPR certification.
Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing care.
Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
