About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Tomah Nursing & Rehabilitation, a 74-bed facility in Tomah, Wisconsin. The role provides resident care according to approved care plans and supports residents with daily activities, safety, and personal care. The CNA follows infection-control procedures, maintains accurate documentation and records including vital signs, and promptly reports violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights. The posting lists full-time opportunities on second and third shifts and part-time opportunities on first shift. Shifts are 7.5 hours. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions only. Requirements

Hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA).
Complete a CNA/STNA course.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have a service-oriented mindset and a desire to learn and grow.
Have a positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
Assist with residents’ daily activities, safety, and personal care.
Understand and follow infection-control procedures.
Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs.
Immediately report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
