About The Position

Provide resident care at a 60-bed skilled nursing facility according to an approved Care Plan. The role is available full-time on the first shift, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and part-time on the first and second shifts. Work at Frederic Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Frederic, Wisconsin, as part of a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, quality care for residents and their families.

Requirements

• Completed CNA/STNA course and state licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist residents with daily activities, safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vital signs.
• Immediately report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
