About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Hold BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
• Document care in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
