About The Position
Responsible for coordinating and supervising the Unit’s daily operations. Directs department personnel in delivering care to achieve patient outcomes, provide high-quality care, and enhance the patient experience. Fosters positive working relationships among staff, physicians, and medical center personnel to support collaboration. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate patient care.
Requirements
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Approximately two to three years of progressively more responsible related work experience, including at least two years of clinical experience as an RN.
- Ability to gain professional competence in nursing care techniques and practices.
Nice To Haves
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
