Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Comfort with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Team-oriented approach, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills.

- Healthcare or optical experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
