Patient Care Coordinator
About The Position
CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support pediatric and orthodontic patients by connecting with families, reviewing eligibility reports, educating parents about orthodontic care, and scheduling complimentary consultations. The role involves helping coordinate appointments and supporting a positive patient experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience and success in customer service.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Connect with families in person and by phone.
- Review eligibility reports.
- Schedule complimentary orthodontic consultations.
- Educate parents on orthodontic care.
- Follow up with patients and help coordinate appointments.
- Support a positive patient experience.
