About The Position

The Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales Consultant) owns the patient consultation relationship from the first interaction through long-term loyalty. The role develops a patient book and grows an individual revenue target by conducting one-on-one consultations, designing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. Coordinators educate patients about laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present treatment plans and financing options; and partner with clinicians and the Location Director to provide a seamless, premium experience from arrival through checkout. They use LaserAway’s custom CRM to manage marketing-generated leads and access patient history. The role offers a $20.00 per hour base plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses; average first-year earnings are stated as $70,000–$95,000. Full training is provided, and a medical background is not required. The position has a clear advancement path to Lead PCC and Location Director roles for top performers.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
Comfort with a commission-first compensation structure.
Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered communication and interactions.
Motivation by results for both the employee and patients.
Weekend availability; weekends and evenings are a regular part of the role.
