About The Position

Adoreal is recruiting on behalf of a partner plastic surgery practice in Santa Monica, California. The Patient Care Coordinator / Client Experience Advocate owns the patient relationship from the first inquiry through consultation, treatment, surgery, recovery, and follow-up. This is not a front-desk role: a separate front-office team handles reception, check-in, and day-to-day office operations, and the coordinator works alongside that team. The role centers on one-on-one patient conversations, understanding patient goals, explaining treatment options, pricing, and financing, and supporting patients as they make informed decisions. The coordinator maintains patient histories and pipeline records, coordinates with the surgeon, treatment providers, and clinical staff, and proactively follows up with patients. The position is on-site at the partner practice in Santa Monica and is not an Adoreal position.
