About The Position

A Team Lead guides, supervises, and supports a team to help daily operations run smoothly and organizational goals be achieved. The role provides direction, monitors performance, resolves issues, motivates team members, and ensures work is completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or financial service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good conflict-resolution and customer-service skills.
