About The Position

The Patient Access Representative is a first point of contact for patients in a healthcare setting, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and supported. The role contributes to a positive patient experience by assisting a diverse patient base and helping the office run smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The representative collaborates with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Positive attitude and ability to make patients feel welcome.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Heart for helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or healthcare experience; not required, as training will be provided.
