About The Position

The Patient Access Representative provides advanced-level patient services related to registration and serves as a direct contact and resource for patients. The role manages clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials, and communication about delays or changes. It also serves as a resource to registration, scheduling, and clinical staff, while striving to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction.

The position floats between Ankeny, West Des Moines, Waukee, Urbandale, and Downtown locations. It follows standard clinic hours and does not involve night shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level patient services related to registration.
