About The Position

Rural Psychiatry Associates is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator to help provide access to mental health services for rural and underserved communities. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care access.

• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
• Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
