About The Position

Rural Psychiatry Associates is seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Access Coordinator to help bring quality mental health services to rural and underserved communities. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

• Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
