About The Position

At DOXA, the Internship role is crafted to offer interns a solid foundation of knowledge in a real-world, practical setting while allowing them to apply their theoretical skills. In this role, interns will support the team by managing administrative tasks, contributing to active projects, providing input during meetings, conducting research, compiling data, and reporting on their findings.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, and 18+ years of age.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.
Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
In Junior or Senior year of college graduate program

Responsibilities

Learn and apply understanding of the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of DOXA business.
Participate in ongoing projects, offering assistance and contributing ideas to drive success.
Conduct research, gather data, and assist in analyzing findings to support decision-making processes.
Accepts designated, business-focused tasks to manage, propose ideas and solutions.
Engages with peers and clients in a professional manner when applicable to provide service and/or support.
Provide suggestions to management for improving performance, efficiency, and internal processes.
Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
