Early Career Pathways - Human Resources Internship

About The Position

The Human Resources Summer Internship Program is part of Woodside’s USA Early Career Pathways initiative and is designed to develop future HR and people-focused talent. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting Woodside’s people priorities through project-based assignments that may include Talent Acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, workforce planning, HR operations, global mobility, compensation and benefits, organizational development, or other people-related initiatives. Interns will work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders while gaining exposure to how HR supports employees throughout the talent lifecycle. Projects may include data analysis, process improvement, recruiting initiatives, employee communications, program coordination, research, and development of HR resources or tools.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Rising junior or senior with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028 through Spring 2029.
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university for the full duration of the 2027 internship.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30.
  • Available for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive weeks during Summer 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., F-1).
  • Agree to complete pre-employment screening.
  • Understand that correspondence will primarily be conducted via email.
  • Agree not to utilize AI or AI-assisted tools during any part of the application or interview process.
