Works under general supervision of Technologists and/or Pathology Supervisors, who are available to manage or advise on unusual situations. Performs clinical laboratory tests of moderate complexity that require professional training. This role is differentiated from that of a Technologist by the level of independent judgment, test complexity, and responsibility.
