Engineering a world of possibilities The PASCAL Center Scholarship Coordinator supports the growth and daily operations of scholarship communities at Colorado School of Mines, with a primary focus on the COSI Achieve@Mines program. This role provides holistic student support through advising, programming, and resource connection, while managing key program functions such as events, data tracking, and reporting. Working collaboratively with campus and external partners, the Coordinator helps advance student success, retention, and inclusive, community-centered scholarship experiences. The PASCAL Center Coordinator will support the strategic growth and daily operations of designated scholarship communities at Colorado School of Mines. This position plays a vital role in designing and implementing intentional, developmental programming that enhances student success and strengthens community. Aligned with the vision outlined in the university’s Mines@150 plan, scholarship communities at Mines provide not only financial support but also a structured environment for learning, leadership development, and connection. The Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the PASCAL Center team, contributing to its mission of supporting scholars through inclusive, impactful, and community-centered initiatives. This is a full-time, grant-funded position through 06/30/2030. Continuation of the position is contingent upon continued funding. This work is primarily performed on campus in Golden, Colorado, with some flexibility for hybrid work after a training period.
