About The Position

Party Hosts ensure guests are attended to throughout their events and have a memorable, positive experience. The role includes welcoming and assisting large groups, preparing event spaces and supplies, and guiding guests to theater amenities and scheduled activities. When no events are scheduled, Party Hosts may be assigned Cast & Crew shifts. The position reports to the location’s Theater Director.

Requirements

• Cast and crew experience and proficiency in floor duties and concessions procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in a theater, restaurant, bar, entertainment operation, or similar role with proven success is preferred.
• Able to work holidays, weekends, and late nights.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, and dependability.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Guest-centric mindset, can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to Santikos Core Values and vision.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with event planning or coordination.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist large groups of guests throughout their events.
• Set up events, including cleaning and stocking, preparing catering supplies and chafing equipment, setting up audio/visual equipment, decorating event areas, and preparing concession and food items.
• Break down and clean event areas after events.
• Learn the location’s amenities and services and guide guests through the theater to scheduled activities.
• Work Cast & Crew shifts when events are not scheduled.
