About The Position

Urban Air is hiring a Party Host to welcome party guests and help deliver an energetic, well-organized party experience. The role includes setting up party rooms, assisting parents and guests, serving pizza, coordinating party activities and timing, and preparing the room for the next group. Party Hosts may also be trained to work in other positions throughout the park. The job is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work and is not an exhaustive list of duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Have a great personality and be people-oriented.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Be able to work two out of three weekend days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile.
• Set up party rooms and help parents and guests.
• Bring hot, fresh pizza to party guests.
• Manage party timing, including energizing the group and bringing out the cake.
• Prepare the party room for the next guests.
• Train to work in other positions throughout the park.
