About The Position
At Main Event, Party Hosts create memorable birthday celebrations by enthusiastically hosting parties and managing scheduled activities. They know the details of each event and help birthday parents enjoy the celebration without having to manage the activities themselves. Party Hosts also uphold the company’s safety and sanitation standards. The role involves welcoming and engaging birthday parties, interacting with Guests throughout events, monitoring celebrations and anticipating needs, assisting party parents or planners, handling gifts and cake when applicable, processing payments, and setting up, breaking down, and cleaning party areas.

- Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

- Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage arriving birthday parties, serving as their Host throughout scheduled activities.
- Interact with and engage party Guests to create memorable experiences throughout the birthday event.
- Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and assist the party parent or party planner.
- Gather and store birthday gifts and cake, if applicable.
- Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
- Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
