About The Position

The Party Host at Panther IceDen in Coral Springs, Florida, hosts parties and helps ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. The role involves preparing and decorating the party room, keeping accurate counts of guests and orders, entertaining guests, serving food and cake, and cleaning up after each party. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position with flexible hours that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Must be able to handle fast-paced environments and multiple tasks at once.
• Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Must be able to work independently on assigned projects while under pressure.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate the party size and decorate the party room with supplies.
• Accurately count guests, food orders, and party extras to ensure final bills are charged correctly.
• Help the Guest of Honor and other guests have fun and keep them entertained.
• Serve lunch and cake to party guests.
• Clean the party room and wash dishes at the end of each party.
• Perform other duties as they arise.
