About The Position

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department. This role serves as the 'First Point of Contact' for Urban Air, working with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for various events including birthday parties, church events, sports groups, and corporate team building. The coordinator is also responsible for training party staff members and managing birthday operations.

Ensure the party management system is followed.
Exceed guest expectations, particularly for parents.

Sell amazing party packages.
Follow up with guests to ensure expectations were exceeded.
Work hand-in-hand with the rest of the Leadership Team to drive financial results.
Ensure a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
Address any needs, share ideas, and assist team members.
