About The Position

Life’s too short to not work someplace awesome! If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for! At The Little Gym of Asheville, we contribute to our community by building confidence, self-esteem, and independence in its children. We also volunteer as a team quarterly in our community and take part in events and collect items monthly for non-profits. We work hard and also play hard with quarterly team outings for bonding and camaraderie. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

Requirements

You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.
If you’re a recent high school grad or college student who is looking to pick up a few extra hours on the weekends to support your social life

Nice To Haves

A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well

Responsibilities

Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children and Families at each party.
